Garni-Geghard-Sevan-Tsaghkadzor

During this one-day tour we will discover five sights of Armenia at once. The first stop will be near Charents Arch, from where a wonderful view of Mount Ararat opens. Then we will visit temple of Garni, which is the only preserved pagan temple in Armenia. It is believed that the temple was dedicated to the god of sun Areg-Mihr.

We will continue our way to Geghard Monastery, where the spear with which Christ was pierced has been kept for about five centuries. Our next stop will be resort city Tsakhkadzor. After getting acquainted with the history of Kecharis monastery complex, we will go to Sevanavank monastery. The monastery located on the Sevan Peninsula and is one of the most famous historical and cultural sites in Armenia.
